Chair Profile
‘My extensive experience in banking, supporting business leaders to grow their business and personal wealth, and later as an executive coach, has informed my consulting approach. Providing a combination of support and challenge encourages leaders to stretch beyond their existing boundaries and become a leader that they would want to follow.’
Andrea Corcoran has a broad senior executive capability spanning over 20 years in banking and finance, predominantly with two of the big four Australian banks. Both in leading teams and business units across a diverse range of functions, including relationship management, call centre, head office strategy and sales, and a state business.
Leveraging her extensive leadership and people management skills Andrea founded her own leadership coaching and mentoring consultancy in 2010 and then as co-Director with the Stephenson Mansell Group in Queensland.
Working with clients she challenges and supports them to stretch their own boundaries and be the leader that they would want to follow. As a team coach, Andrea encourages team members to evolve as one team, which adds greater value to the individuals within the team, the team and their multiple internal and external stakeholders.
